Deep-Tech Hackathon 2025 — coming soonEdafa Venture Capital and @electronics_research_institute (ERI) are joining forces to host a hands-on hackathon for early-stage deep-tech startups that already have a minimum viable product and real market validation. 

The Electronics Research Institute is organizing an Egyptian-Chinese workshop titled "Science and Technology Parks and Prospects for Potential Cooperation," with the participation of a select group of representatives from Egyptian ministries and research institutions, along with a Chinese delegation that includes representatives from governmental and private entities specializing in developing science parks and advanced technological industrial zones.

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, affirmed that the Ministry is focusing on supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. He emphasized providing the necessary support for young researchers and supporting startups and innovations, particularly in priority areas of the Sustainable Development Plan. He also noted the intensification of efforts to transform research innovations into practical, implementable outcomes, as part of efforts to link scientific research with industry.
