Description

Vision The lab will become recognized for analysis, design, simulation and fabrications of Hybrid Integrated circuit using different techniques such as thin film technology and Photolithographic technique.
Mission The lab will be able to design Passive components such as couplers, filters, power dividers, antennas, etc. Hybrid active components such as Low noise amplifier, power amplifier, frequency counters, oscillators, etc. Designing and implementation of nonreciprocal devices and components using magnetic materials as well as piezoelectric materials such as circulators, isolator, limiter, etc. Designing and fabricating some assembly such as antenna arrays and its feeding systems, RF front end of transmitter and receivers. complete system for different applications New trends such as Metamaterials, etc.

Laboratory services :

  • Designing and manufacturing preliminary research and measurement of sensors in the microwave frequency space in various applications such as medical, industrial...etc.
  • Design, manufacture and measurement of planar circuits, including microstrip circuits operating in the microwave frequency range in their various forms and multiple analysis methods.
  • The laboratory provides technical consultations to industrial entities, entrepreneurship and emerging companies.
  • Design, manufacture and measurement of strip circuit antenna systems, whether with a single element or arrays of elements and their feeding systems.
  • Providing training for Egyptian university students.
  • Design and manufacture of strip circuit components for integrated circuit systems in applications in various fields, whether agricultural or medical...etc
