In this context, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. With the aim of cooperation in the areas of awareness and training, and expansion in the field of sports application technology through the launch of the "Techno - Give Me" initiative.
During the signing events, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi thanks Dr. Ayman Ashour for his constant keenness on continuous and constructive cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to serve the students and youth of Egypt. , especially youth centers at the level of the governorates of the Republic, explaining the need to plan innovative programs with the institute during the coming period, indicating that the areas of cooperation between the ministry and the institute will include including the activities of the Electronics Research Institute in the national platform for youth and the mobile application "Kiyani"; To present the services and events of the institute, in addition to implementing life and labor market skills development programs through the (Mishwari) program, as well as implementing the (Turn and Other) program for technological training.
The cooperation protocol was signed by Major General Ismail Al-Far, Head of the Youth Sector at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram, Head of the Electronics Research Institute.
The cooperation protocol aims to strengthen and expand cooperation between the ministry and the institute in the areas of awareness and training, including: disseminating a culture of awareness of sustainable development, especially in the field of e-waste recycling, as widely as possible in society, in addition to cooperation in conducting joint applied research projects with a specific time frame and product, In addition to the use of augmented and virtual reality technologies in rehabilitating and training players in individual games, and lighting sports stadiums using LED searchlights to save energy, in addition to organizing the "Technology of Sports Applications" conference.

Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram said that the cooperation protocol will include converting ordinary bicycles into smart bicycles, providing consultations in the areas of digital transformation, new and renewable energy, and technical training for youth in the field of entrepreneurship and technological incubators, in addition to organizing scientific and technical seminars, workshops, conferences and joint training courses in various fields that Of interest to both sides, especially in the field of sports applications technology and electronic waste recycling, as well as transformational training for young people with the aim of creating job opportunities through the (Techno - Give Me) initiative, in addition to exchanging research, technical and technical expertise, and implementing more youth initiatives, as well as participating in a number of initiatives, including For example, the "Electric Bicycles" initiative and the "My Number" initiative.
